How to install HHo kit


HHO-water gas mixing  with CNG, gives about 25-50% CNG saving.
Injecting in to engine with patrol in a carburetor vehicle also give same fuel saving as we have taken in Hho-water gas with CNG.
To use Hho in an efi vehicle needs some electronic circuits.
How to inject HHO in CNG using vehicle?
Parts required: (wire to connect with Battery and ignition switc, Relay, light, Water reservoir, bubbler, rubber  pipe.
1- Install HHO kit in a vehicle.
2- Take one wire from ignition switcch, connect it with relay coin.
3- Connect water reservoir water delivery pipe to bottom of hho kit and from gas output pipe of hho kit to the top nozzle of water reservoir.
Take one pipe from water reservoir and connect with bottom nozzle of bubler and from bubler take this rubber pipe to air filter and connect it after drilling a hole in air filter.
Electrical connections:
1-     Connect positive terminal with positive of kit with relay’s off point and output point of relay is connected with hho kit positive point via a 20 Amp fuse box.
2-     Connect negative wire of kit with negative of Battery.
3-     Take a wire from ignition switch and connect with relay coil and other point of relay coil connect with battery. it will only start the kit when the engine will be started and produced gas will go directly in to the engine and burnt.
4-     Start the vehicle, reduce CNG quantity by turning adjusting knobs of CNG kits till engine get smooth i.e engine will only be given cng as desired by engine and this reduced Cng will be compensated by hho gas generated by installed hho kit.
